Instagram DMs

Thirty DMs open. You know what is left.

Every message lands in one inbox already matched to who sent it, and the suggested reply names the product and the size you actually have — from the catalogue Yunify keeps for you.

Yunify's shared inbox on a phone: nine client threads with the two unread ones highlighted, VIP badges on the regulars

The reply knows your stock

Yunify reads your catalogue and today's counts and suggests a reply that names the product and the size in hand. When it has no facts to answer from it offers to check rather than guess — and nothing sends until you press send.

  • Names the product and the size actually available
  • Sold-out sizes are named as sold out, not offered
  • No facts, no answer — it offers to check instead of inventing stock

One inbox, one thread per buyer

Direct messages and story replies arrive matched to the person who sent them. Text and email land in the same thread, so you are not reconstructing a conversation across three apps.

  • DMs, story replies, text and email in one thread
  • Shared across your team, not stuck on one phone
  • Unread counts you can actually clear

One thread per customer, whichever way they reached you.

You remember every buyer

Each thread carries what they bought, what fits, and what they said they liked — so a repeat buyer never gets treated like a stranger.

  • Purchase history and lifetime spend on their card
  • Saved sizes and preferences
  • VIP tiers earned by spend, or set by hand when you know better
The customer list: twenty buyers, each with a VIP or Regular badge, their order count, lifetime spend and last purchase
How many orders, how much spent, how long since the last one.

Nothing quietly falls through

Holds expire, restocks land, and someone is still waiting on the reply you promised on Tuesday. The day opens with the ones about to lapse.

  • Holds counted down before they expire
  • Back-in-stock requests, with what is in stock now
  • Follow-ups that go overdue in plain sight
Today's view: one appointment, an item on hold expiring in 15 hours, three back-in-stock requests showing the count that landed, and a follow-up two days overdue
Holds about to lapse, restocks someone is waiting on, replies owed.

Send a look, not a screenshot

Build a set from your catalogue and send it as a link that opens on their phone. Offer times the same way and let them pick one.

  • Looks built from products you already have
  • Bookable slots, no back-and-forth
  • Ordinary web pages — nothing for them to install

We set it up with you, and the first 3 months are free

Not a signup form and a help centre. We load your catalogue, connect your Instagram, and stay on the call until the first replies are going out — included, however many styles you carry.

Questions we get

Will this get my Instagram account restricted?

Yunify uses Instagram's official messaging API with permissions you grant from your own professional account, and you can disconnect at any time. Replies are sent by a person from your account, not blasted automatically.

Does it reply to customers on its own?

No. Yunify suggests a reply and a person presses send. That is a product decision, not a limitation of the integration.

We sell on Shopify. Does it work with that?

Yes, it connects. Storefront orders land in the same queue as the ones you take in DMs, and Yunify pushes your counts back to Shopify so the storefront does not oversell. Your products are linked to the Shopify ones during setup — we do that part with you.

We do not use anything yet. Is that a problem?

No. We load your catalogue with you as part of setting up — see below. Photos and a spreadsheet are plenty to start with; so is nothing but your Instagram.

What happens when it does not know something?

It says so and offers to check, rather than guessing. Nothing is sent until you read it and press send.
